Have now had Kenwood Major for four weeks and am slowly getting to grips.

Major successes : White rolls, very light and tasty, do increase salt slightly as need bit more flavour bringing out. Brownies, delicious ,followed Jamie Oliver recipe sort of. Lentil, tomato and cabbage soup , very good result. Pizza bases good taste but bit sticky and didn't come cleanly away from pan. Wholemeal bread, fabulous. Next off wholemeal pasta.

Only downside is that it is a pain to wash all the bits and pieces. Also chopping veg is too efficient more puree than cut veg.
